Production
Oversize structures that cannot be transported
by land are directly shipped from occupied wharves adjacent
to plants.
Large
structures that are difficult to transport by land are assembled
at the Hibi Plant and transported by sea.
Our Hibi Plant is located near the Port of Hibi in the city
of Tamano in Okayama Prefecture. At this plant, large structures
can be directly loaded on barges from the adjoining loading
wharf and open yard. The plant has a 20 x 65 meter indoor
assembly yard and a 15 x 65 meter outdoor assembly yard. Moreover,
this plant has access to two open yards measuring 10 x 20
meters as temporary stockyards for shipping. A 200-ton crane
is permanently stationed to load heavy cargoes.
The skillful welding of our NK- and JIS-qualified workers
has also earned widespread praise. We are ensuring the continual
retraining of our skilled workers, and we remain committed
to providing high-quality products by making the most of our
advantageous location.
